[01 / 05] ANALYSIS

We study your work on site

We come with questions, not a ready-made answer. An order in an Excel file, its approval in a WhatsApp group, the invoice in a folder: we see where work waits and map how it really runs.

  • We talk to your staff in the office, production, warehouse and field, and see whose hands each job passes through and how often data is retyped.
  • We list the tasks only one employee knows how to do, the ones that stall when that person is away or leaves the company.
  • We review the spreadsheets, forms, accounting and ERP systems you use, and decide with you which ones to keep.
  • We discuss what you cannot see as a manager today, and agree with you on the indicators we will use to track progress.

By the end of this step you have a written process map showing how your work flows today and where it gets stuck.

[02 / 05] IMPROVEMENT

We simplify before we code

Putting a messy process into software as it is only makes the mess run faster. So we work with you to clear out needless steps, duplicate data entry and approval steps that hold work up.

  • We merge steps where the same data is entered in several places, and design a setup in which each piece of information comes from a single source.
  • We make clear who approves what and who is responsible for each job, and put the rules in writing so work carries on even when someone leaves.
  • We decide with you which steps code will handle, which AI will take on and which decisions stay with your team.
  • Some improvements need no software at all; we list them separately so you can put them into practice right away.

By the end of this step you have a simpler workflow we have agreed on together, ready to be built into software.

[03 / 05] SOFTWARE

We shape software to your work

Work that doesn't fit a ready-made package can send your team back to Excel. So we build the software around the flow we simplified together, for office, production, warehouse and field.

  • We build web applications for the office with defined roles and permissions, recording who did what and when.
  • We develop mobile apps for the field and warehouse that keep working offline, and set up WhatsApp-based automations where needed.
  • We connect to your accounting and ERP systems as far as they allow, and build e-Invoice and e-Archive invoice steps to Turkish e-document rules.
  • Instead of one long, drawn-out project, we deliver in small stages; we move on only after your team has used each one and given feedback.

By the end of this step you have software made for your business, tried out by your team stage by stage.

[04 / 05] AI

We put AI in the right place

For us, AI is a step in the process, not a showpiece. Where your team retypes invoices, receipts and forms into another screen, the system reads the document and prepares the entry; you check and approve.

  • We don't put AI everywhere, only into the steps where our analysis showed the most time is lost.
  • We add steps that read the information on invoices, receipts, forms and photos and prepare entries for your team to approve.
  • We build systems that learn from every approval and correction, so suggestions for a similar document draw on your company's own history.
  • Exact figures such as amounts and taxes are calculated by code, not AI; each suggestion goes to you for approval, with a record of who approved what.

By the end of this step the system prepares the repetitive work, and the final decision stays with your team.

[05 / 05] GO-LIVE

We switch over step by step

The first question about any new system is whether the work will be disrupted. So we plan the switch in small steps and keep measuring and improving; our aim is processes that become more professional as you grow.

  • We start the new system in one department or one workflow, run it alongside the old way for a while, and move over step by step.
  • We train your staff in the office, production, warehouse and field on their own day-to-day tasks, and answer their questions in the early days.
  • We measure the indicators we chose together in step one, such as waiting times, retyped data and corrections, and make them visible to your managers.
  • Measurements and feedback start a new round of analysis, and as your business grows we grow the system with it.

By the end of this step you have a live system that records the work, and measurements that show what to improve next.
