An AI accounting assistant for certified public accountants' offices. It reads the document, prepares the journal entry using each client's own chart of accounts, and learns from your approvals.

  • Reads till receipts and Z reports from a photo; amounts, rates and tax bases are calculated by code, not AI.
  • Remembers first, compares next, asks the AI last; each suggestion shows its source and confidence.
  • The past journal is loaded on day one; every approval and correction goes into that client's memory.
  • Built-in checks catch unbalanced entries, codes outside the chart, closed periods and duplicate documents.

FOR Offices of certified public accountants and their teams; clients who send documents with the Android app.

The final say is always yours: nothing is posted without your approval, and every action leaves an audit trail.

[02 / 04] FIELD MEASUREMENT

LidarNES

Stockpile measurement and a stock ledger for gravel pits and aggregate sites. It calculates stockpile volume and tonnage from a LiDAR scan file and keeps stock in a voucher-based ledger.

  • Finds the ground in the 3D point cloud automatically; calculates volume on the device, offline.
  • Converts to tonnage with material density and moisture; adjusting the base recalculates volume live.
  • Every movement is a ledger voucher: opening balance, stock in, stock out, count difference, transfer.
  • Produces stock status, stock movement and count reports as PDF or Excel-compatible CSV.

FOR Gravel pits, aggregate and open-air bulk material sites; field crews and managers.

A fast field estimation tool; it does not replace an exact weighbridge reading. The scan is made with a separate LiDAR-equipped device; LidarNES imports the file.

Zefira

An AI product video service for small businesses that works over WhatsApp. It turns a single product photo into a promotional or campaign video with a Turkish voiceover.

  • No app to install: the photo is sent on WhatsApp, and the video is delivered in the same chat.
  • AI recognises the product, writes a Turkish ad script, voices it and adds it to the video.
  • Your photo becomes the video's first frame, so the video opens on your own product.
  • Campaign videos show your company name, the old price struck through and the campaign price.

FOR Small businesses, local shops and social media sellers.

[04 / 04] CAR WASH

SEEKING INVESTMENT

Muhite

A platform designed for self-service car washes at fuel stations: kiosk, mobile app and operator panel. The goal: a quick wash without waiting in line.

  • The mobile app is a clickable prototype: map, wash bay booking, wallet.
  • The prototype also includes the owner panel: staff, pricing and report screens.
  • Technical specifications are written for the kiosk, hardware control, admin panel and fleet portal.

FOR Fuel station operators with self-service wash bays, and car owners; later, corporate fleets.

Nesilsoft's own product. Not live yet; the prototype runs on sample data.
